A stunning contemporary property which underwent a full refurbishment and extension to bring it up 21st Century Standards, this project required LCR Integrated Systems to completely rewire it to match the stunning design and the technological specifications of the owners. We then developed a top-range home automation system to make their home work for them.

Using the latest technology we developed a stylish lighting system to match the chic interiors, allowing them to highlight architectural features and create a lighting scene to match their mood. These could then be stored in the Elan memory to be recreated at the touch of a button. We also integrated their heating system to be responsive and controllable from their smartphone, setting temperatures whilst they are away and making their home welcome them back at just the right climate.

To ensure our system kept within the architectural and interior style we developed a number of structural features to integrate the technology with the space.  We worked with the building team to create recessed media boxes, into which televisions and media equipment were sunk, to keep screens flush with walls and unsightly cables out of sight.

Speakers were recessed into ceilings, blending in with their surroundings, and LED lighting was installed using invisible, plaster-in fixtures for a flawless finish. This provided the owners with a fully integrated system, full control over their lighting, heating, audio/video, security and intercom systems, with as little impact on the aesthetics of building as possible. A truly superb example of a home automation system that kept the customer at the heart of the project at all times.
