LCR Integrated Systems was founded by Lee Roche and his passion for cutting edge technology. With extensive prior experience in commercial electrical installations, including large scale wiring projects within banking establishments, Lee Roche applied his knowledge to home automation, to improve the way we interact with our space.
Today, we have grown to be one of the country’s leading experts in systems integration, providing electrical design and consultancy services to a range of projects around the UK. Her intrinsic knowledge of the systems she designs means not only superb drawings but also smooth installations, saving you time, money, stress and effort further down the line.
John Wild
Technical Director
John is our technical master; with his background in software and programming, and a love of electronics, there's no problem he can't solve. John is our go-to technical expert and, together with Lee's electrical expertise, they make an unbeatable fault-finding team. John is busy working on the software for our energy management solution but is always on hand to help.
Antony Jackson
Commissioning Technician
Another computer programmer, Antony's knowledge of software makes him the perfect candidate for commissioning your system. This means it is set up exactly as you need it to be; intuitive, easy to use and working perfectly. He solves problems on and off site, by remotely logging in to your system and keeping everything up to date.

Kieran's talent for systems integration was evident after only a few days of working with him. After completing his Electrician's apprenticeship, he has developed into a key member of the team, completing job after job to the highest standard. A fast learner, Kieran is a superstar on site, ensuring your space is clean, tidy and finished to perfection.
